(A) Chicken Chasseur-sauteed chicken breast with garlic, shallot, tomato, mushroom and fresh rosemary served hunter style with demi glaze, or (B) Grilled Pork Chop with maple cranberry glaze, or (C) Beef Medallions with Forest Mushroom Bordelaise.
Served with Salad, Potato Dish, Vegetable & Roll

MENU - CHOICE OF ENTREE BETWEEN:

(A) BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with Dutch Oven Potatoes, Dutch Oven Baked Beans, Coleslaw, Lemonade, and Brownie Sundae.

MENU - CHOICE OF ENTREE BETWEEN:

(A) Hand cut 14 oz Choice Ribeye Steak.
(B) Fresh 8 oz Baked Salmon seasoned with fresh squeezed lemon juice and Ebenezer's own blend of spices.
(C) Pulled Pork smothered with Ebenezer's own HooDoo BBQ Sauce, coupled with a piece of Baked Chicken.
(D) Baked Half Chicken seasoned with Ebenezer's own blend of herbs & spices.
All of the above served with desert and drinks.
(E) Vegitarian Plate of Steamed Vegitables over Rice with Coleslaw, Drink & Desert. Western Show by the Bar G Wranglers included with your meal.
